Speech Pathologist

Elysa received both a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from California State University, Hayward. She has served adult and pediatric populations with particular interest in early intervention. Her pediatric experience includes early intervention in a variety of settings including home, clinic and center-based programs as well as school age children in clinical settings and school. She enjoys parent training and education and has provided assessment and therapy for children experiencing communication disorders associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Developmental Verbal Apraxia, phonological disorders, articulation disorders and language delays. She is particularly interested in providing therapy that easily relates to daily routines and facilitates carryover into natural environments.
